Terms of use

The rules for using Coordinated Care during the public self-serve v1 launch.

Back home
Coordinated Care is not an emergency service, medical device, clinical record system, or HIPAA-compliant service in this v1 launch. Do not use it for urgent care, emergency decisions, diagnosis, treatment instructions, or regulated medical records.

Acceptable use

Use Coordinated Care to coordinate family, friend, neighbor, and caregiver support. Do not use it to harass, impersonate, spam, upload unlawful content, or share content you do not have permission to share.

Admins are responsible for who receives the private share link and for rotating that link if it is shared too widely.

No medical or emergency use

Coordinated Care is not a substitute for medical care, emergency services, hospice staff, clinicians, or official medical records.

Call emergency services, clinicians, hospice providers, or local crisis resources for urgent needs. Do not rely on this app for time-sensitive care decisions.

Content and moderation

People with access may post notes, needs, visit signups, photos, and other content depending on page settings. Admins can remove members and review reported content.

We may remove content or restrict access if needed for safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or service reliability.

Support

Questions about account access, deletion, or reported content can go to support@coordinatedcare.app.

The service is provided as a public v1 launch and may change as production safety, compliance, and operational needs evolve.

Optional contributions

Coordinated Care may offer an optional contribution link to help cover app hosting, email, backups, monitoring, and maintenance. Contributions are voluntary and do not unlock features, change access, or affect support priority.

Contributions are not charitable tax-deductible donations, and they are not payments for emergency help, medical care, hospice services, caregiving, or any family's direct needs.

Contributor names and contribution activity are not shown inside Coordinated Care. Stripe processes payment details for payment processing, receipts, fraud prevention, and compliance.
